Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address and, where you use it, your WhatsApp or Telegram handle.
• Order information: the plan you bought, its duration and the date it was activated.
• Technical data: IP address, device type and player app, used to deliver the stream and to troubleshoot faults.

What we do not collect

Payments are handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.

Why we process it

• To create, activate and support your subscription.
• To answer your messages and provide setup help.
• To detect credential sharing and abuse of the service.
• To meet our accounting and legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Account and support records are kept for the life of the subscription plus the period required by local accounting law. Technical logs are rotated on a short cycle.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers who make the service work — payment processors, email delivery and hosting — and only what those providers need. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to eerbloke@gmal.com and we will respond within 30 days.
